My dream ever since I was little, was to get engaged in an activity on my beloved island ... Käringön!
For many years I have felt that there was a fashion store on the island and because I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs to the core, low and close to opening a small business.
My father and I started a few years ago Karingo, an oyster cultivation of oyster / champagne bar and a spa. We run it in autumn, winter and spring and has been closed during the summer. Read more at www.karingo.com
In the summer of 2008 I started on a smaller scale a business at 7 meters and I called it Bioluminescence. Because the response from my customers was so great I decided to try to run the store all year round.
On 21 November 2008 I officially opened the new store in a room of 25 sqm. The store is located in the port and it is called now MiLLAMi
I was raised on the island during the summer, because my roots on my grandmother's side here since the 1700s. It was just wonderful for a child to freely run around the rocks. During my teenage years I worked on the island since my summer buddies were here.
My interest in fashion and interior design has been with me since I was little. Later I also worked in various fashion boutiques as a decoration manager, store manager and I have also managed the purchase of various brands to the stores.
I have in this way have good contacts and good knowledge of quality and service that I hope you will feel in my shop.
